Terms of use

These terms apply to the current PV Dome MVP and demonstration environment.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Demonstration service

PV Dome is an early-stage software demonstration for structuring commercial and industrial solar portfolio information, producing projections and comparing planned and operational results. The service may change, contain errors or be suspended without notice. No commitment to continued availability, support or a particular feature set is made at this stage.

2. Permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful evaluation and demonstration purposes. You must not interfere with its security, attempt to access another user's or organization's data, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at scale or use it to violate third-party rights.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify the provider if you believe an account has been compromised. Access may be restricted or removed to protect the service or other users.

4. Demonstration data only

Unless the provider expressly agrees otherwise in writing, do not upload real asset data, confidential information, production credentials or personal data relating to third parties. You remain responsible for having the right to submit any information you enter.

5. Projection disclaimer

All technical, operational and financial projections are estimates based on user inputs, assumptions and simplified models. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, engineering or operational advice. They must not be relied upon as the sole basis for a transaction, investment or asset-management decision. Independent professional review and source-data verification are required.

6. Availability and liability

The MVP is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory rights.

7. Intellectual property

PV Dome and its original interface, software and documentation remain the property of the provider unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce or commercially redistribute the service.

8. Governing law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to consumers. The current MVP is not offered as a paid consumer service.

9. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent using the contact details in the Legal Notice. These terms may be updated as the product develops; the current version will be published here.
